The primary duties of a Cleaner involve general upkeep and sanitation of designated areas. You will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, kitchens, and common areas, ensuring all supplies (e.g., soap, paper towels) are fully stocked.
Additional responsibilities include emptying waste bins, disposing of trash and recyclables responsibly, and washing windows and interior glass surfaces. Cleaners must manage cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently, ensuring all materials are stored safely and correctly after use. You will be expected to follow a strict cleaning schedule and checklist provided by the supervisor to guarantee that all areas meet the required hygiene standards.
The successful candidate must be physically fit and able to perform manual tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting moderate weights for extended periods. Attention to detail is crucial to ensure no corner is overlooked. Punctuality, reliability, and a strong commitment to health and safety procedures are mandatory.
