1. General Agreement
This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of services provided by ABS DREAM INTERNATIONAL. By engaging with our services, including visa processing, Iqama transfer, Hajj/Umrah packages, and air ticketing, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
2. Services Provided
The Company provides the following services as an intermediary, facilitator, and consultant:
Visa Processing: Assistance with the preparation and submission of visa applications to relevant embassies and government authorities.
Iqama Transfer (KSA): Consultancy and facilitation services to assist with the legal transfer of a Client’s residency permit (Iqama) between employers within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Hajj & Umrah Packages: Arrangement and booking of travel, accommodation, transportation, and related services for religious pilgrimages.
Air Ticketing: Booking and issuance of flight tickets through authorized third-party carriers.
3. Client Obligations and Responsibilities
3.1. Accuracy of Information: The Client is solely responsible for ensuring that all documents, details, and information provided to the Company (including passport details, employment records, financial statements, and medical history) are truthful, accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
3.2. Document Validity: The Client must ensure that all passports, visas, and Iqama documents are valid for the required duration as specified by the respective governments or service requirements.
3.3. Compliance: The Client must comply with all laws, rules, and regulations of the destination country (especially the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for KSA-specific services) and all terms stipulated by airlines, hotels, and package providers.
4. Fees, Payment, and Cancellation
4.1. Service Fees: All service fees charged by the Company are for consultancy, facilitation, and submission services only, and are separate from any government or embassy fees (e.g., visa fees, medical check fees, Iqama fees) or third-party charges (e.g., flight costs, hotel tariffs).
4.2. Payment Schedule: A non-refundable initial deposit, as specified in your service agreement, is required before services commence. The remaining balance must be paid in full by the stipulated deadline.
4.3. Refunds and Cancellation: * Service Fees: Fees paid to the Company for our professional services (consultancy, documentation, submission) are generally non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the application (visa refusal, Iqama transfer denial, etc.). * Third-Party Costs: Refunds for Hajj/Umrah packages, air tickets, or hotel bookings are subject to the specific cancellation policies of the respective airlines, hotels, and ground service providers. The Company will facilitate any eligible refund but cannot guarantee it.
5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
5.1. Outcome Guarantee: The Company acts only as a facilitator. We do not guarantee the issuance of any visa, the approval of any Iqama transfer, or the approval of any Hajj/Umrah pilgrimage application. The final decision rests solely with the relevant governmental authorities (e.g., Embassies, Saudi Ministries).
5.2. Delays and Refusals: The Company is not responsible for any direct or consequential loss, damage, or expense arising from visa refusal, denial of Iqama transfer, flight cancellations/delays, or changes to itinerary caused by government action, force majeure, or third-party service provider failures.
5.3. Documentation Risk: The Company is not liable for the loss or damage of any documents while in the custody of third-party couriers, embassies, or government offices.
6. Specific Terms for KSA Services
6.1. Iqama Transfer: The Client acknowledges that the Iqama transfer process is complex and dependent on approval from both the current and new employer, as well as the relevant Saudi government bodies. Delays are possible, and the Company’s role is purely consultative and facilitative.
6.2. Hajj and Umrah: The Client must strictly adhere to all health, safety, and conduct guidelines issued by the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah. The Company reserves the right to make necessary adjustments to packages due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., government quotas, sudden hotel closures).
