Work in Non Skilled Carpenter

Carpenter’s Helper for construction projects overseas. This role is considered entry-level and is focused on providing direct, hands-on support to certified carpenters and other tradespeople. The primary responsibilities involve preparing the work area, handling materials, and assisting with basic construction tasks. Daily duties include loading, unloading, and transporting lumber, plywood, equipment, and heavy materials from storage areas to the exact point of work. The helper is responsible for keeping the carpenter’s immediate work area clean and organized by sweeping up saw dust, organizing tools, and removing scrap wood and debris, which is essential for maintaining a safe working environment. The helper will also frequently assist the carpenter by holding materials in place, positioning structural components, and aligning pieces for cutting or fastening. They may be asked to perform basic, repetitive measuring and cutting of non-structural wood pieces, drilling holes in lumber, or fastening materials with screws or nails under close supervision. The role requires following all safety guidelines and wearing personal protective equipment without exception. Strong physical stamina, the ability to lift materials, and the discipline to follow verbal and written instructions accurately are the most important requirements for this role abroad. This is a foundational position offering practical experience and the chance to learn specialized carpentry techniques.
