You will be required to troubleshoot and diagnose system issues, such as leaks, blockages, and pressure problems, and execute effective repairs promptly. Maintaining detailed records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on projects is essential for documentation and billing purposes. The role demands proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools specific to the trade, and a commitment to maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe workspace is mandatory. Candidates must possess relevant plumbing certifications or licenses and proven experience (typically three to five years) working independently and collaboratively on large-scale projects. Excellent communication skills are required to interact clearly with site managers, clients, and other tradespeople.
